Ladies Nite Vendor Information

We are so excited about this upcoming Ladies night.  
Here are a few details in preparation for the night... please read.

Provided we have received your payment, a receipt will be available on the nite of the show or shortly thereafter.

All vendors need to have products at their tables for sale (not just catalog sales).  If a vendor sells a service, the service needs to be sold at the table for a very reasonable price and should be a service dedicated to 'pampering'.  The theme of the show is 'ladies nite' so we want products and services that are targeted to ladies.

There will be no refunds for vendors that do not show up.

Setup of your table/display -  arrive anytime between 5:00pm and 6:00pm.  The doors for the event will open up at 6:45pm (for anybody that is early).

Tables are approx. 8 feet in length.

If you need a special spot for your table - power, by the wall, etc you will need to arrive early enough to claim that spot.  We cannot reserve spots for 40 vendors.

Although we willl not place you in an exact location we will have input into the arrangements of tables.  In order to optimize the experience Tracy & Connie  will assist in directly you to a table spot (we want to have a good variety of vendors next to each other - ie. Jewelry, next to beauty products, etc).  This is not set in stone, but we will do what we need to so that the placement of vendors is optimized.

Un-loading your stuff.  Please pull up to either the side door or front door so that you can unload your stuff.

After you have unloaded we will ask you to please move your vehicle into the far area of the parking lot so all of our shoppers have ample parking space.  The last event had 170 people show up and we found out afterwards that some people had to leave because they could not find parking.  We also hope to have someone outside confirming parking available - if we can get the volunteers for this.

Door Prizes.  We would like to offer Door Prize draws each half hour.  We will have a door prize ballot for everyone to fill in on their entrance to the Hall. 

We ask that each vendor have their own sign up sheet for orders or mail-out purposes so that they qualify the customers appropriately.  You are welcome to have your own door prize ballot box.  You can contact the winner on your own or we can announce the winner at the event (when we announce our Grand prize winner).

Write-up about your business.  Can you please provide us with a write-up about your business/products.  We will hand out a program describing all vendors and their products.  Keep your description concise and interesting so that we can help attract people to your table.

Website. Please check the website page for Ladies Night to see your name and description - verify it to be correct and advise us of any changes.  Your Name will not be listed until we have received your payment.

Non-competition.  We have done our best to sign up a variety of vendors.  We have chosen vendors who do not have the exact same product (based on the information they have given us).  Please check out the listing on this website to ensure you are clear on the other vendors attending this event.  Let us know if there are any conflicts.

We would like to show off a few products from vendors, to entice people to come to the show.  Can we visit your website & take a copy of a picture for these purposes?  We cannot guarantee we will use your picture but we do need to have the proper permissions in place incase we want to do this.

After this event we will post pictures of the event.  If you do not wish your picture posted please advise us of this in advance (by email).

Tickets for the event.  Do you need any tickets for the event for your friends or family?  We would love to know in advance please tell us asap.

Vendor Information

At all of our events we encourage small businesses to advertise their products for sale.
We offer Vendor tables for $30 per table - at a regular event.  Vendor tables are $40 per table at a special event (Ladies Night or Scrapbooking Weekend). 

We accept applications to become a vendor for our event and we will send you an email reminding you of up coming events at the Hall.  The Social Committee will use their discretion to pick the vendors suited for events - we cannot guarantee you placement.

We will have upto 6 vendor tables available at all events (except Ladies Night).
At most events we do not allow competing vendors from the same company (ie. only one Norwex or Tupperware consultant)
Once your application is accepted we will send you payment details.
The tables will be reserved when we receive payment, on a first come - first serve basis.  There is a time limit to sending in payments; vendors on the wait-list are given tables if someone does not pay in the specified time limit.
